According to a study conducted by Melbourne’s La Trobe University, more than 50,000 people in Japan live up to the age of 100 and the secret lies within their lifestyle.

Tea: Japan is one of the top tea consuming countries in the world. Green tea is the most popular among Japanese; it is filled with antioxidants and anti-cancer properties. The tea improves general well being and cognition.
