Prevent and Treat Diabetes With Only One Ingredient!

Cabbage juice has been used as prevention and a successful treatment of diabetes by many medical experts.
It contains antioxidants and effective antihyperglycemic that can recover harmed pancreatic cells. Additionally, it is rich in vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2 and B6, potassium, magnesium and a lot of healthy proteins.
A 2008 study has shown that cabbage juice reduces the levels of blood glucose, and can be helpful in the process of losing weight.


Recipe:
Wash and cut off half a kilogram of cabbage lace it in blender or juicer and include ¼ cup of water. Mix until you get homogeneous green blend, and afterward blend for 10 seconds at the highest speed.
