THE WORLD'S MOST POWERFUL POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE - WITH SCIENCE



Recipe ingredients: - 2 frozen bananas - 1-2 cups of frozen or fresh berries - 1 cup of pineapple (including the core) - 1/4 cup hemp seeds - 1-2 small bulbs of raw beetroot - Tablespoon of flaxseed - Large bowl of greens (I used spinach) - 1/2 tsp of cinnamon - 1/2 tsp turmeric - Crack of black pepper (to activate the curcumin in the turmeric) - Coconut water (or just water to blend) * Remember to add the amounts that suit you based on your activity and lifestyle :)
