People who take medications
We previously warned you, if you take medications for some disease, avoid ginger, for it could kill the effects of the drugs in your body. This plant affects the way they react.
It’s risky to combine ginger and anticoagulants, beta-blockers and insulin-based drugs.
If you are one of these people, you may use it once in awhile, it won’t harm your health, but it would be wise to not consume it at all.
Pregnant Women
