A friend of mine who works at one of the top luxury health spas in the United States was excited to hear that I was working on a website dedicated to Moringa Powder.
Why was she so excited?
Because Moringa Oleifera powder has been the secret ingredient in their smoothies for years!
They charge $25 for this metabolism, endurance, weight loss boosting 32oz smoothie and customers never pass it up. It”s the most ordered item on the menu.
It was designed by a world renowned nutritionist and each ingredient was selected for a very particular reason.
The health spa and smoothie name must remain anonymous, but here is the complete recipe for you to make everyday for a fraction of their price!
Luxury Spa”s Moringa Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen Red Raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 chilled Peeled Orange
- 1 cup chilled Coconut Water
- 2 cups frozen Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Moringa Powder
- 4 cubes of Ice
Directions:
First; blend Chia Seeds and Fresh Spinach until creamy smooth. Second; blend all other frozen fruits, chilled coconut water and ice until smooth. It’s easy to see why customers of this spa feel amazing after drinking this smoothie and why they readily pay $25 for it after they’ve tried it once before.
The amount of antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in this smoothie truly is mind boggling.
I tried this myself last night and I’ll tell you, I couldn’t sleep! I had so much energy that I decided to go out on a late night run. A few minutes after the run I realized I could run it again — no problem. Instead I decided to do a P90X session and I felt fantastic. That’s amazing for drink that has no caffeine and hardly any sugar, isn’t it?
This is what real energy and endurance feels like.
I really hope you try this and let me know what you think!
I’m having a nutritionist friend of mine examine the ingredients to figure out why this combination works so well and hopefully we can create similar smoothie recipes to share with you. He did immediately mention that the peeled orange was a “nice trick, the vitamin c activates the minerals” — so don”t forget to add that. I also know that the opaque cup and straw is important because sunlight can rapidly destroy Vitamin C and many other vitamins.
Please do let us know your results or any questions you have! And don’t forget to share this with your friends and family .
