Using Baking Soda to Treat Your Feet


People with cracked, dry, heels can be extremely unpleasant issue, and even painful. However, you can treat your callous heels completely naturally, using one ingredient- baking soda.
Namely, it has powerful antiseptic properties, which treat the feet infections, and reduced the water hardness, creating a perfect environment for soaking your feet.
Baking soda effectively treats various skin issues, and it is inexpensive, so you can use it regularly in order to provide softness to your feet and soften the dry, cracked skin.
You will need:
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 135 oz / 4 liters water
Instructions:
Add the baking soda in some hot water to dissolve, and soak your feet in the solution for 20 minutes.
Afterward, when the feet are softened well, exfoliate them with a pumice stone or a foot scrub. Then, rinse with lukewarm water, and dry them well.
Then, apply some nourishing cream or homemade foot cream and put on cotton socks. Therefore, it is advisable to do this at bedtime, in order to leave the cream act on the skin on your feet and deeply moisturize them.
You will notice the first effects after the first treatment but do it daily for a week, in order to get optimal effects. Then, make a pause for a day and repeat it again for another week.
Repeat this treatment 3 times, and your feet will be smooth and silky.
