How To Quickly Fix Sciatica Pain

Sciatica is a painful back and leg pain that afflicts many people, especially those who find themselves sitting down a lot. The pain seems to start in your lower back and radiates down your leg, sometimes in sharp bursts. It’s pretty painful – I’ve dealt with sciatica on and off for years.

Fortunately, you can relieve that pain pretty quickly. Many times, it’s tight hip muscles that cause the sciatic nerve to become irritated in the first place.
