5 Amazing Exercises For A Killer 6 Pack!

You don’t need some special machine to get the best set of abs possible, you just need a little space and an exercise mat…and these 5 exercises!
Reverse Crunches

As it sounds, lie on your back and stretch your arms out, palms down, flat on the floor. Bring your knees up to 90 degrees ( start position) then crunch your thighs to your stomach/chest whilst your back stays flat on the floor and back again, repeat until you can’t do any more!
Vertical Toe Touches

Lie on your back and bring your straight legs up at 90 degrees, then stretch your arms up so you can touch your toes, then return your back to the mat with your legs still in the air, repeat until you can’t do any more!

Knee To Elbow Plank

Adopt the standard ‘plank’ position, then bring your right knee up to touch your right elbow and back, do the same with your left knee…repeat for as many as you can!
Lying Leg Raise

Legs straight, together and toes pointed, slowly bring your legs up until almost at 90 degrees, then slowly lower back down until your heels are about 2″ off the floor, then take your legs back up again….

Standing Russian Twist

Legs shoulder width apart, arms out in front with hands clasped. Rotate to the left until your body is at 90 degrees to your feet and stretching your obliques, then return to the middle and rotate to the right in the same way. Do as many as you can!
