INGREDIENTS
- 1 packed cup baby kale
- 1 cup Vanilla Organic Nut Milk
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ⅓ cup sweet potato puree
- 2 dried, pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Pinch fine sea salt
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS
In a blender combine kale, milk, mango, sweet potato, dates, matcha, and salt. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass, and top with hemp seeds.
