The PT – Safia Misha ‘I started getting into the gym around 5 years ago when a friend of mine introduced me to a personal trainer; I was at my biggest at 36% body fat and had very little confidence. I started training twice a week and my first session was hell (in a good way), but I remember leaving the gym and crying in my car as I was that embarrassed about how unfit I was/felt.

Long story short I ended up with the bug….the gym bug. I was that person that looked forward to the gym and, yes sometimes I’d want to quit mid-session, but as you believe you can do it, you can. I am now a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in becoming body confident, fat loss, weight loss, muscle mass, strength & conditioning & nutrition, and working with clients in the comfort of their own home, providing one to one personal training session or working with online clients worldwide.
My aim is to not only work with clients to get in shape and reach optimal health, but to build body confidence and mental strength. So many people are in competition with what they see in the media, social media especially and can be a killer for confidence, but you are on your own journey. Don't expect a quick fix or to look like Victoria secret model overnight, just go at your own pace and set your own goals. Learn to love yourself whilst on your journey, and remember beauty doesn't have a dress size or a number on the scale.

24 years old Height: 5”7.5’ Before Weight: 15st After Weight: 13st8lb ‘I had a baby 10 months ago but I’ve struggled with my weight all my life. At 9 I used to share trousers with my mum as we were the same size, but by 11 I couldn’t fit in them anymore. I did loose a lot of weight, but the wrong way - I was starving myself and taking laxatives, and although it was a quick fix it wasn’t healthy or sustainable. I am due to renew my vows in front of friends & family and would love to feel attractive on my big day, but most importantly, I wanted to be healthy enough to run around with my little boy as he grows up. My lifestyle has now completed changed; I wake up earlier, I have got more energy and I don’t find myself as sluggish.’
